• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication data.
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
• Usage Data: We collect images you upload for generation ("Input Images") and the resulting images ("Outputs").
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage metrics via analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process your image generation requests using our AI models and third-party API partners.
• To process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts.
• To send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Free Tier: Images generated on the free tier may be automatically deleted after 7 days to manage storage costs.

Paid Plans: Images generated on paid plans are stored permanently in your account unless you explicitly delete them. You may request full account deletion by contacting support.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your data with trusted third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us, including:

• Cloud storage and compute providers (e.g., Supabase, Oracle Cloud).
• AI model API providers (e.g., Fashn AI) strictly for the purpose of processing your generations.
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
