Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Modelify. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Goods and GPU Compute
Modelify provides access to intensive AI GPU compute resources. Because generating images incurs significant, irreversible costs to our infrastructure and third-party API providers, all purchases of subscriptions and credit top-up packs are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued at our sole discretion under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a persistent system error prevents you from using the credits you purchased, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Note: Occasional failed generations do not qualify, as failed generations do not consume credits.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system glitch (e.g., duplicate charges).
3. Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents future billing, but we do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will retain access to your plan's features and credits until the end of your current billing period.
4. Requesting Support
If you encounter issues with the quality of generations, please reach out to us. While we do not offer refunds for "disliking" a result due to the subjective nature of AI, we are committed to helping you optimize your inputs for the best possible outcome.
