Modelify provides an AI-powered image generation platform designed to transform flat-lay or mannequin clothing photos into professional-grade fashion model images.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Credits and Payments

• Credits: Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased via subscription plans or top-up packages.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• Refunds: Due to the computational costs associated with AI generation, all purchases of credits and subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Expiration: Unused credits included in a monthly subscription do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. User Content and Copyright

• Your Uploads: You retain all rights to the images you upload to the Service ("Input Images"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to use these Input Images.
• Generated Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Modelify assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the images generated from your Input Images ("Outputs") for commercial or personal use.
• License to Us: By using the Service, you grant Modelify a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Input Images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate explicit, NSFW, or illegal content.
• Upload images of real people without their explicit consent (e.g., deepfakes).
• Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no guarantees that the generated images will perfectly meet your expectations, as AI generation involves inherent variability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modelify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
